Through the Regents Park

The Central London Mosque is a major landmark on the canal.

These houses were built within the last 15 years and are arguably some of London's most expensive properties. This one is adjacent to St Marks Gate bridge. A large estate of flats that stood here was demolished to make way for these modern 'Nash' style houses. They've certainly brightened up the stretch between Park Road and Chalbert St bridge

This is Chalbert Street footbridge - its actually an aqueduct carrying the waters of one of London's lost rivers.

Macclesfield Bridge is about midway along the Regents Park section.

Milton heads east under Primrose Hill Bridge and passes through the London Zoo section.

Until recently this sign could be seen by Primrose Hill Bridge. It was much quicker to walk along the canal!

The Chinese Restaurant at the end of the Regents Park section. Boats turn sharp left to enter Camden Town.
The canal once went straight on to Cumberland Basin near Great Portland Street.
